Crime And Punishment

By George Wright

hangingWhere can we go in this world that is plagued by mortal sins?  Where do we go in a world that is suffocating in the fiercely clinched fists of pure evil?  We stare in to a false veil of freedom, walking everyday through a shower of death and injustice, blindly believing that we will safely walk into a new day, never really knowing who the next victim will be, desperately praying that it won’t be us, or worse yet a dearly loved family member.  The people who defile and violate our freedom walk among us every day:  murders, rapists, molesters, drug dealers, pimps and prostitutes, and traffic violators.  Society is sick with a disease called sin (not only in the biblical sense, but also in the eyes of the moral fiber of the American Justice system), and it needs to be cured. In order to rid our people of this disorder there is only one answer for the devilish group of persons who cause this fatal affliction.  Since these truly corrupt and depraved souls ‘…curse God,’ and ‘refuse to repent and glorify him,’ that leaves only one answer.  Capital punishment.  We must turn them over to God and let him decide where they belong.

TheTenCommandments

The Ten Commandments says “though shalt not kill”, so we should kill people who kill people.

It’s true, one the Ten Commandments reads, ‘thou shalt not kill.’  However, it is also true that God himself has cast countless plagues upon those who did not obey his commandments. The gnats, the flies, the hail, the locusts, the plague of darkness.  And he even instructs us to carry out such punishment ourselves in Leviticus.  Moses witnessed all of the wonderful powers of God’s word.  God wanted to protect his good people from the devil and the deprived lustings that Satan pushes onto the weak in order to manipulate them into becoming a part of his unholy army.  God, or anybody he designates to perform and carry out his authority, much as the apostles performed healing through God’s name, are the only ones capable of deciding the death penalty for anybody.  Death is clearly a punishments God endorses, and he has delegated the right to make such decisions to our great nation.  It the wise words of George Orwell, no man shall kill another, ‘without cause.’

But what is just cause?

John Oliver: Un-American Communist Liberal!

John Oliver: Un-American Communist Liberal!

The word ‘just,’ has been diluted in the defense of the guilty so often that the definition has become distorted enough that the just people might ask what exactly justice is.  What is a just punishment?  Some left wing socialists, like John Oliver, might say that capital punishment is too extreme, that it is cruel and unusual punishment, though they have no qualms when it comes to murdering unborn children!  ‘It is better to send ten guilty men free, than to watch one innocent man be imprisoned.’  Poohie on that I say.  This defense is consistent with their bleeding heart logic, which tries with pathetic futility to turn the murders into victims, to poison the truth and sour the good nature of our society.  I plead with the intelligent reader not to fall prey to this twisted logic.  Cruel and unusual punishment?  Well, what would these socialists call the brutal murders and rapes that scorch our civilization?  Cruel crimes call for cruel punishments: an eye for an eye, I say.  Killers deserve to be killed.  It’s as simple as that.

Think of the lives that could have been saved if a serial killer like Jason Voorhees was executed instead of 'rehabilitated' as summer camp.

Think of the lives that could have been saved if a serial killer like Jason Voorhees was executed instead of ‘rehabilitated’ as summer camp.

What crimes can we call cruel?  This is where the lines of justice begin to fade for some.  Debate has been raging for years and with so many shades of grey, it becomes hard to make a clear decision.  In order to make these things unclouded, let us start with the darkest black and then hold those shades of grey that are in question beside the ebony sample to see where those delicate scales of justice perch themselves.  Cold-blooded, premeditated murder.  Nothing is plainer to view than this horrible crime.  When a vicious barbaric beast decides to corrupt all freedom and steal hope from the dying hands of a defenseless victim, the harshest of punishments is, without question, not only called for, but demanded.  Death!  Society cannot tame such an animal, nor should it have to.  Rehabilitation?  A second chance?  Convert these criminal into productive members of society?  Why waste a perfectly good life?  These are the hollow questions that the aforementioned liberals might use as shields in the defense of these brutal creatures.  Throw those questions out and answer the following instead.  Does that poor victim get a second chance?  Do they get to be a productive member of society?  Do they get be married and have children?  The answer is quite simply no.  No!  So should be the answer for the perpetrator of these vicious crimes.  Death should be brought down upon the cold villains who are incapable of civil or fruitful behaviour.  Letting them continue to live in our world is as much a crime as their murders.  Allowing them to live and giving them, not a second chance at life, but rather a second chance at taking a life, is a crime in and of itself that we become complicit in if we allow.  Forgiving an act like this merely gives the beasts permission to do it again.  These people are destined to create pain for the eternity of their lives.  First on earth, victimizing their fellow man, then in heaven where they torture our dear God with their betrayal.

TwoCrowsWhat of attempted murder?  Here in lies an area considered to be grey by many of our socialist ‘friends’.  ‘They did not commit murder, merely an assault,’ they might say.  Really?  Are these animals that try to kill and fail to penetrate the armour of God any less evil than the ones who succeed?  The answer is a simple ‘no’.  These evil souls carry the same intent as the murderous bastards who have triumphed in their black ambitions.  The only difference is that they were not as clever, or God chose to stop them for whatever reason.  These people are guilty of murder in their minds and hearts.  They wanted to murder and will continue have these Satanic desires for the rest of their times here on earth.  The only difference is that they are guilty of two crimes: one, the decided act, and the second, not being clever enough to carry out such an act with success.  These people are just as dangerous as any of the people who have successfully pushed a cold dagger through the heart of a trusting Christian soul.  Sin still consumes their every waking thought and given the opportunity they will try again to kill.  Death is the only punishment that will make for certain they will not get the chance to commit this crime.

The electric chair seems a reasonable response for some crimes, so long as precautions are taken to ensure they don't become super villains like Electro.

‘Nothing could be worse than murder.’  I’m sure that is exactly what many of you are thinking right now, however there is a crime that may very well be considered more brutal than this indifferent crime.  A crime as violent and unruly, but rather than stealing a life, it scars one.  This crime leaves the victim alive and alone with the thought of the wicked violation they were tortured with.  Every day they will live in fear while the crime forced onto them never leaves their conscious mind even for a fleeting moment.  What is this crime you may be asking?  What crime could be worse than cold blooded murder?  Rape!  Legitimate rape that is, which never results in a pregnancy, and it it does then that is a gift from God, but that is a conversation for another day.  I’ve never personally experienced this appalling tribulation myself, and therefore cannot accurately relay the anguish felt during such a horrific event, but I have spoken to some of those unfortunate souls who have been undeservedly punished with this evil transgression and feel with their input I can at least detail how desperately this type of crime cannot be tolerated in our society.  When a soulless beast beats a good Christian soul into submission and penetrates their innocence to plant their evil seed inside a Christian womb, the swift and brutal hammer of justice is not only called for, it is begged for.  The outcome for the victim is beyond imagination: disease and extreme mental and emotional stress (though not pregnancy in cases of legitimate rate).  None of these morally fatal manifestations show up after a murder.  These symptoms of agony created by this devilish assault don’t last just a week or two, but rather an entire life time.  Unhealthy love making with the person’s future spouse will plague the victim, and not just daily, but constant, never ending reminders.  The victim relives the experience dozens of time through any given hour and every minute is forced to look at all those around them as potential perpetrators.  The weakened soul, always on defense until the day they die, praying the brutal crime never happens to them again, wishing they had instead been killed.  They become all too familiar with how easily the crime can happen and how cleanly it can wipe out all the spirits and even in some extreme cases, the faith of a loyal Christian.  In death, the Christian victim is sent to the bosom of our great Lord; in rape, the victim is sentence to a life in prison.  Our government needs to send a message to these brutal beasts that feel they have the right to perform such acts against us.  Castration might sound appropriate, some might say, ‘Lock them up.’  True enough, they would get the chance to be placed in the victims shoes while in prison, but the fact remains that we are paying for them to live.  On top of the that, our tax dollars are being used to support and even educate people like this, while the average sentence of a rape conviction will have the criminal set free before even a dozen years is served, let alone a score of them.  Letting them out after being locked away for so many years will only increase their desire to commit those same crimes again.  How can we stop them from doing the same thing once they are set free?  How do we cure these truly sick people?  Liberal socialists might suggest that the acts were the direct response from and unhealthy home atmosphere.  They might suggest that the person had actually been assaulted as a child and that it is a learned behaviour.  These left wingers may even beg the court to place these people in a hospital instead of a prison in order that the might be treated for their ‘sickness.’  The only illness that plagues these demons is the devil himself and once the dark prince has his fists wrapped around such animals, there is no return, unless God himself permits it.  Giving the creatures a chance to fool some naïve doctor into believing they are healed only puts them on the street sooner.  The only way we can stop this from happening again is through the same methods in which we stop a killer from killing again.  The death penalty.  Send them to God and allow him to pass the proper judgment.

A good old-fashioned firing squad could help improve society.

A good old-fashioned firing squad could help improve society.

If rape is so clearly one of the crimes that pleads for our government to bring out the death penalty, then one may ask where sexual assault may fall.  This liberal term tries with little success to lighten the actual deed.  Sexual assault is a cryptic and vague term.  It hides the cruel action that it represents, and tries to make it sound as though it were only as defiling as a traffic violation (which as we shall see is indeed as violent a crime as any).  The truth in the matter is that this crime is no different than rape.  Weather one penetrates the body of another with a sexual organ or a finger, or even if the fingers roams only on the flesh of an unwilling body, the intent is the same.  Innocence is stolen and worse yet the victims of this crime are most often children who, like the rape victims will go onto live forever in fear.  That in itself may be frightening enough, but the fact that most of the predators are parents or other such relatives makes the crime even more abominable, not to mention that this abuse goes on for years and completely destroys the lives of those who is it forced onto.  The trust of a parent is the most sacred in our society.  When a parent breaks the very trust that is needed to pull our society together and instead push their own sin onto their children, we need the harshest of punishments to articulate how evil this violation is.  To rape a stranger is unforgivable, to molest your own child or relative is unthinkable.  This again is an example where cruel crime calls out for cruel punishment.

Should we bring back the guillotine?

Should we bring back the guillotine?

Is molesting a child any different than beating one?  Weather a devilish hand is lustfully caressing the flesh of a child, or fiercely beating it with fists of rage, repeated abuse has the same outcome.  A child is scarred for life, unable to integrate properly with the rest of the world around them.  Weather the evil thrust upon them creates more sin, or pushes the soul into a shell, a soul is lost.  God permitting, these victims may find a family through church, but what is truly sad is how far from the living world these people will hide, lost and forgotten.  We must defend these silent casualties and prevent potential sinners from being born through the womb of these vicious fits of rage.  If the reader has ever seen the bruised face of an innocent child, then they would know what is needed.  The left hand of justice may plead to keep these families together.  Family court may call upon the parent’s own childhood as the cause of this behaviour and deem that counselling is needed, not punishment.  I hope the intellectual and reasonable reader will see through this transparent veil of deception and behold what is truly required in these cases.  Any person on the short leash of Lucifer may be able to act or deceive a doctor over the course of several weeks of ‘therapy,’ but the children are the ones who are put back into prison.  This crime is clearly as brutal as any molestation and demands the same punishment.  Society needs pure, virtuous parenting to continue to thrive morally.  These people are no such example and need desperately to be exterminated.

Being burnt at the stake has seemingly fallen out of fashion, but some hipster criminals may want to bring it back into vogue.

Being burnt at the stake has seemingly fallen out of fashion, but some hipster criminals may want to bring it back into vogue.

Is beating a child any different than beating a woman?  No!  Any man who chooses to punish his wife/girlfriend with his own fists, must face the same punishment as one would for beating a child.  In both cases a dominant figure pushes their rage onto a submissive slave.  Should it matter how old one is?  Is this not the same crime?  I say with great conviction that it is.  In this world of equality it is important to realize that categories like gender/sex or race should not play a role in the decisions of the government, and neither should age.  Man or woman, black or white, or young or old.  A person cannot say that beating one soul should be punished by death, while another person must watch their abuser be set free because of their age or sex.  A crime should always hold the same punishment no matter who the victim is and no matter how many times the crime is committed.

Should drug lords who peddle marijuana and other addictive drugs should be put to death?

Should drug lords who peddle marijuana and other addictive drugs should be put to death?

Now, the reader may ask, where the drug dealers and pimps fall cauldron of evil.  How do their crimes stack up against the rapists and murders of our society?  The answer is as clear as an un-muddied lake.  The drug dealers that plague our world walk everywhere through our great country, from the blackest alleys of our crime ridden, inner cities, to the bright play grounds of our upper-middle-class suburbs.  Like predators they seek out weak and naive children to add to their list of crack-headed cliental.  They prey on children who are without any form of defense.  Whether it be the white child of a wealthy family, or a Black baby of a crack whore.  These dealers look to make these poor children sick with a disease so that they may profit.  Once a babe falls into the grip of this noose, only the good Lord himself can save it.  The dealers manipulate these pre-adolescents, knowingly poisoning them with a white powder killer.  And whether is it crack, heroin or marijuana, these drug dealers all have the same intent and should therefore all be treated the same.  It is a crime no different than murder.

As for the pimps who turn these same children into whores of the night, they are of the same color.  Spreading diseases and encouraging addictions to keep them under their thumb.  They are guilty of beating the women, girls and even sometimes young boys, into submission, so that they will go to the street and destroy their bodies to make these classless pimps and panderers rich through their ungodly sacrifices.  These people are as sick as the addictions which they push into our society.  Crime this dark can only be cancelled out by a punishment that is as dark.

Pimps like this man must be prevented from corrupting society!

Pimps like this man must be prevented from corrupting society!

Here is where we ask, how do we handle the druggies and prostitutes?  As we can see they are already in decay by the time our courts find them.  Full of sickness and pain and all too eager to spread their illness into the world around them.  A skewed view of the events of their lives turns them into a virus that cannot be tamed by any means other than death.  It is a sad shame, but we cannot say it is okay for them to participate in these activities, but not okay for the pimps and drug dealers.  Here again some flamboyant liberal might suggest that it is not the criminals fault that they are so rotten with sin.  They may claim that the offender was a victim of pour parenting, or a weak social position.  There is a simple answer to that: any parent who cannot properly provide their children with enough information to stay away from drugs and sex and other evils of the criminal world, is as guilty as the pimps and pushers who turned their children onto the fruitless ways of our villains and therefore deserve a charge equal to the aforementioned sinister.  Druggies, prostitutes, and the parents who raised them all deserve the same punishment for infecting our society with such viruses.  All must be treated the same and death to should be brought to them to free their souls.  Perhaps God will look with a gentle eye on these diseased creatures (though their parents deserve no such sympathy).

Our street need to be cleaned up. Is capital punishment the answer?

Our street need to be cleaned up. Is capital punishment the answer?

Now in the eyes of our court system grand theft auto can call sentences as long and even sometimes longer than that sentence which be handed down to the escorts and drug users of today’s culture.  Since scales of justice already have these two crimes sitting on a plain, it is only proper that we give them the same punishment under our new revised punishment system.  Now theft, whether it be a million dollars or a penny candy from a convenient store, is still in essence the same crime.  The amount stolen is unimportant since the minute extreme will eventually lead to the later extreme.  Justice must be brutal and swift in order for it to properly work.

drunk-drivingUnintentional deaths may be an area of question in some minds.  As grey as grey can get, I’m sure some communist supporters may suggest to the courts.  Such people may suggest that a driver under the influence who kills a young family by slamming into their unsuspecting vehicle head on at a heart-stopping speed is not as guilty as the man who planned to murder a family.  The hunter who carelessly shoots off a round into the hidden forest, only to hit a human target may fall under the same column as a drunk driver.  So too for the negligent parent who leaves the child unattended near a flight of stairs, or an over-filled bathtub, or worse yet forgets them in a car on a sweltering summer afternoon only to return to the car to find them fast asleep in the blistering hands of their torturous death.  Whether it be an accident in a shop with heavy machinery, or simple negligence in a public restaurant, this is also a crime that results in the death of an undeserving victim whose life is stolen from them in the flash of an eye and should be treated the same way.  These people who are guilty of these acts have all taken on the reasonability that comes with their duties.  Drink is a part of our society that is regretfully legal and quite common.  Regardless, our schools and government put forth great effort to make sure all are aware of the evils this habit carries with it, and it is each user who should be held accountable for the outcome of drunk driving.  It is up to the individual to understand what it is they are getting into.  Drinking and driving don’t mix.  When you choose to do both at once, you accept responsibility for the chain of events that will follow your actions.  If a person decides to have a child and takes care of it, then they too should accept the challenges that come with that responsibility.  If you choose to take a life into your arms and cannot carry the task out successfully, then that person is as guilty as the drunk driver or the murderer.  If you work in a shop, you must know and understand all the hazards that go along with the position.  If a person is ignorant to the procedures results in the death of a co-worker or employee, then that ignorant person should be held accountable.  These people, though not as corrupt and ruthless as those who intentionally commit murder, still pose the same threat to our society.  They are clearly not capable performing certain responsibilities, yet still take them on knowing full well that another person’s life is in their hands.  Guilty!  It is still a crime the perpetrator understands they are committing and it is still a crime that results in death.  People still die in pain without the chance carry out their life’s ambitions and the same punishment should be held for these people as well.  As for the near death experiences that are a result of the same negligence, well they are as guilty, though perhaps luckier, and it is only fair that they are held to the same standard.  One should not be treated differently simply because God chose to protect the potential victim.  It’s the intent, not the outcome, which the punishment should be dedicated to.

What, may you say, about those who violate traffic laws and other such regulations?  A man going over the speed limit is as reckless as the ones caused the accidental deaths, and is perhaps even guiltier, as they are aware of this recklessness.  The later criminals can at least plead ignorance, a momentary lapse of reason, encouraged by their intoxication, whereas the sober driver is acutely aware of their judgment.  These lewd creatures of the world cannot even say they were impaired!  The swift axe of justice is called for once again!

If this were an execution date instead of a fine, would people be so cavalier about parking in front of a fire hydrant?

If this were an execution date instead of a fine, would people be so cavalier about parking in front of a fire hydrant?

The reader is maybe wondering what crimes don’t call for a penalty as harsh as death.  There are some such crimes.  Parking violations should not be punished by death in most instances.  However, when a vehicle is blocking the way of an emergency vehicle, it in turn prevents these brave saviours from arriving to the scene of an accident on time and this could easily result in the death of a number of people.  Here it is clear that parking violators should meet the same punishment of those who commit other such abominable crimes.  We must treat all crimes the same, so perhaps even simple parking violations may require us to call out the lions for all paring violators.  Any crime which could not in any possible way cause harm or pain to another living being doesn’t require a penalty so harsh as death and as soon as I can think of such a crime, I will be sure to add it to my list of ‘passive crimes’.  Until then though all of the above mentioned crimes and related crimes must be followed through with cold precision.

Children riding Big Wheels should always use proper hand signals when turning and never double park, OR ELSE!

Children riding Big Wheels should always use proper hand signals when turning and never double park, OR ELSE!

Young adult court should up hold the same standards as its father courts.  Any child that is falling into deviant behaviour enough to be called to such a court, is clearly going to be a criminal, for any normal child would not commit crimes to such excess.  Child or adult, murder is murder, rape is rape and parking a big-wheel or tricycle in front of a fire hydrant is no different than parking a car there.  There is no hope for a child who cannot tell right from wrong, for they will never truly know or care what right is.  Their minds will be filled with lustful, devilish thoughts for eternity.  This sprouting evil must be nipped in the bud in order to save our society from future plagues.

Do you want this man to be walking the streets at night?

Do you want this man to be walking the streets at night?

As for those monstrously detestable people who chose to take on a position where they perform the aforementioned executions, it must be said that these people obviously have homicidal tendencies.  Any person who takes joy in such a task, must be mentally ill.  No doubt the blood lettings that fills up their working hours will spill into private time and therefore, into the public streets of our great nation.  These people must also be brought to justice.  Once we rid our society of all these evils, we can again be free, and save ourselves from the worries that come with wandering the streets of a crime plagued culture.

Bringing back crucifixions may serve as a deterrent to crimes like shoplifting.

Bringing back crucifixions may serve as a deterrent to crimes like shoplifting.

Though some states have capital punishment, it is limited to very few crimes.  The entire country needs to apply this list of crimes and the appropriate punishments to their individual criminal codes.  As for the ‘humane’ deaths, which the liberal parties have encouraged over public hangings and electric chair executions, I must say that I agree in one respect.  Hangings and electrocutions are not what is called for, but neither is lethal injection.  These ‘humane,’ killings are no punishment at all.  These people must suffer in their deaths as our Lord and saviour did, and as their victims (potential or otherwise) did as well.  Put up the crosses!  Call out the lions!  Light up the pyres!  Throw these barbarians in a cage with each other and let them do themselves in before the eyes of the public.  This way all could see the pain they will receive if they to choose to go down the black path.  The thirsty teeth of a crazed animal, or the bare fist of one of their own are the only punishments that serve them a proper death.  Even the liberal Paul McCartney agrees.  “…in the end, the love you make, is equal to the love you take.”  So should it be with hate.  Vicious deaths would be the only just death for savages such as these.

For those who have concerns about ‘innocent’ people who are found guilty of a crime and may then be ‘unjustly’ killed, there are a few things to consider.  Firstly, if an innocent person is not competent enough to provide an adequate defense for themselves, then perhaps the world is better off without this peoples.  This may be God’s way of ensuring those who procreate are going to help improve the gene pool and not weigh it down.  In cases where malicious people frame an innocent people, even a bright person may not be able to put together a successful defense.  In such cases, we should celebrate these deaths.  Because these people are innocent, they will surely go to heaven upon their deaths, and a premature death may simply be God’s way of rescuing these people from this evil world and welcoming them into the warm and gracious bosom of heaven.  If you were an innocent person, where would you rather be: heaven or Earth?

Do you want a crime rate like the one in Canada?

Do you want a crime rate like the one in Canada?

In closing, I would just like to add that many Asian counties that fall to whippings and capital punishment, have very little if any crimes committed within the walls of their civilizations, barring of course the ones the government commits against its own people.  As a result, their people feel it is safe to walk down the street.  It is important to realize, that as long as we are scared, we are not in a free society.  Freedom comes with peace.  Capital punishment can bring us the peace we so desperately crave in our society.  Though Texas does have four cities which have more homicides each year than all of Canada, our red neighbour to the north (a country that has no running water, much less enough intellect to introduce capital punishment into the womb of its justice system), I believe that we need capital punishment to be followed through in order to bring true freedom into the hands of the everyday American.  I applaud the reader in their support of these urgent issues and welcome your help in bringing them to the light of the American public.

Thank you.
